5000 Web 2.0 apps in 333 secs

This is strangely hypnotic.

It's brought to you by simplespark, a place to "find and share" new web apps.

Steve gives a little back to the fans

Hot on the tails of the launch of yet more iPods, a video nano, a 120 gb "classic" and a touch screen iPod that is basically an iPhone without the phone, Apple have announced that they are dropping the price of the iPhone by $200. This, obviously has upset some people. Everyone is used to the price of technology going down, but for it to happen so fast is a bit of a burn.
Don't Panic
After reading every single frustrated email from customers sent in to Apple, CEO Steve Jobs has written an open letter to iPhone owners promising each and every one $100 back!
Granted, this will probably take the shape of an Apple Store voucher so they can console themselves with a shiny new shuffle, but the sentiment is not bad, as long as it doesn't come in a box.

The nano ad features Feist track 1234 and is actually kinda cool!

Are you ready to Moli

As they say themselves, "Social Networking for grownups, create yours at moli.com".

I don't know how much of this networking malarkey I can take, This is a kind of last.fm type thing mixed in with general pop culture, news etc, oh and of course the all important networking bit. I initially thought it was pronounced Molly, as in Check out my Molly, but the take a tour video on the homepage pronounces it Mole - y. OOOO Kay.

It does seem to have some nice touches, like a calendar, you can set up your Moli the way you can tailorise your google homepage, if you have one, and you can create a moli for your Business, which I suppose is a little grown up to.

Browsing around the site I came across this article, which led me to this video, so I guess it's as good for time wasting as anywhere else.
