A wedding video that's actually good!

OK, so normally I'm not down with the whole wedding thing (I'm not bitter) but I really think this wedding video is brilliant. I predict a rash of these popping up now, hell I might even get into the business of doing them!!!! (hysterical laughter)

My Showreel

Thought I'd pop this up here. This is a teaser I made for a short film I've written with John McEvoy called The Night Before. Dave Leahy Produced it and JJ Rolfe was the DOP and John Lynn is the man in the mirror.. We had a lot of fun putting it together.

Mmmmmm...Chicken

Got this by email today.....

Sunnier days beckon

Judge the movie by the cover

Here are some really cool retropretations

As a really nice illustration exercise this guy has designed covers for non-existant paper-back novelisations of movies, though I am pretty sure Willy Wonka was a book first!!

I think this one of the movie BIG is my favourite though it's hard the choose, the War Games one is pretty clever too.

I Love You Dark Matter

We Love You Dark Matter is the new album from Irish band Dark Room Notes, and I've been listening to it over and over. It's the best Irish Album I have heard in ages, I LOVE IT. I've been playing Let's Light Fires, Shake Shake and Love Like Nicotine a lot on Live Drive so I've really been looking forward to hearing this and they don't put a note wrong. I can't believe more people aren't raving about this, check out their myspace and buy the album, it's an early summer soundtrack!

Here's Let's Light Fires.

No experience required.

Check out the queue for job interviews for the Londis chain in Dublin yesterday. 100 jobs advertised, 2000 people turned up. That's a 1 in 20 chance of getting a job so I guess the odds aren't that terrible.

The video was taken from the Live Drive cameras:

insane queue on stephen's green, think it's for jobs in londis! What in the name of god is going on? This is scary! on 12seconds.tv

And I snapped this walking home.

There is a story about it in The Irish Independent.
